The IFC Rabat, Morocco office is seeking to recruit a Staff Driver. The driver will provide a full range of daily official transportation requirements including driving services to management and operations in the country office. The role will also include office support work, dropping/collecting parcels to/from clients and vendors. This position reports to the Office Manager – Rabat.

Duties and Accountabilities

• Drive IFC personnel and visiting missions to meetings, field trips, and airport pick-up/drop-off.
• Collect and deliver official letters, invoices, and parcels as needed.
• Maintain office vehicles, including routine checks for tyre pressure, engine oil, brake fluid, radiator coolant, fuel level, and battery water level.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, including the engine compartment.
• Maintain daily vehicle logbook and ensure insurance, registration, and service schedules are up to date.
• Ensure vehicle keys are securely stored and interior fittings are in good condition.
• Ensure vehicles are equipped with spare tyres, tool kits, jacks, wheel spanners, tow ropes, jump leads, fan belts, fire extinguishers, and first aid toolboxes.
• Coordinate reporting steps in case of car accidents with the office administrator.
• Assist with delivery and collection of documents related to visas, licenses, and supplies.
• Act as a backup for WB driver when needed.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
