Result of Service

To Support People Analytics and Payroll Section in managing HROSD projects and others that serve departmental system automation and other process management. People Analytics and Payroll Section is responsible for maintaining and developing HRD systems in coordination with the IT Department; improving HRD dashboards and introducing new automated tools that facilitates modernized approach for streamlining business operations and providing timely data analysis to support decision making.

Duties and Responsibilities

The role requires strong technical expertise, advanced IT skills, and a proactive approach to innovation and change management. Key outputs and tasks include, but are not limited to: 1. Lead Technical Analysis and System Automation - Ensure the continuous automation and testing of the HR SAP system through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, applying high-level technical and analytical skills. 2. Develop and Integrate Digital Tools and Dashboards - Enhance existing HR digital platforms and introduce new tools such as HR dashboards, e-services, Chatbot, REACH, EPER, OSF, and others to support data-driven decision-making and user-centric services. 3. Drive Change Management and Process Optimization - Execute change management strategies to streamline HR operational services, with a strong focus on process re-engineering and automation within the department. 4. Champion Automation and Innovation Initiatives - Act as a key initiator of ideas and technical solutions aligned with HRD’s strategic objectives, with the goal of reducing paper-based and manual work through effective, automated processes. 5. Ensure Accountability to Work Plans - Deliver results in accordance with a detailed and structured work plan, maintaining compliance with assigned tasks and timelines.

Qualifications/special skills

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in information technology, data analytics, or a related field. - Five to six years of progressively responsible relevant experience in information technology, data analysis, human resources business analytics, designing and implementing monitoring dashboards, and process engineering. - Good knowledge of HR business processes, practices, and procedures, with background in information technology. - Good knowledge of data reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI or other similar tools.

Languages

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Arabic languages.

Schedule: • Full-time attendance at HQ Amman. Remuneration: • JOD 997.3 - 1098.9.
