About the Project
We are implementing a large-scale behavioral science initiative with a major international organization, working alongside Francophone African governments to strengthen inclusive development and social cohesion. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to real-time program design and implementation in the fields of peacebuilding, governance, and behavioral science.
About Beyond Conflict
Beyond Conflict is an international nonprofit that combines three decades of experience in conflict resolution with expertise in neuroscience and behavioral science to strengthen peacebuilding processes worldwide.
Working in partnership with leading researchers, we seek to better understand the social, psychological, and political factors that shape human behavior—both consciously and unconsciously. Together with local communities, we then co-develop evidence-based, measurable, and scalable tools to address these challenges.
