Context
The Tech Volunteers for Resilience (Tech4R) programme, jointly led by UNDP ICPSD and UNV, mobilizes skilled digital volunteers to co-create open-source solutions that promote transparency, accountability, and sustainable governance.
In collaboration with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tech4R is supporting the creation of a Digital Catalogue of Managed Assets — an open-access web platform that visualizes and categorizes government-managed properties.
The tool will enhance institutional transparency, data-driven decision-making, and public access to information about confiscated or seized assets.
The Data Structuring & Visualization Volunteers will organize, clean, and visualize datasets to create an accurate, informative, and user-friendly data environment for the catalogue.
