UNODC assists governments and law enforcement agencies in increasing the effectiveness of domestic legislation as well as in enhancing their capacities to investigate, dismantle and prosecute trafficking groups, through technical assistance, training and the provision of modern technical equipment.

Context
The Tech Volunteers for Resilience (Tech4R) initiative, led by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) ICPSD and the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme, mobilizes skilled digital volunteers to co-create open-source tools that enhance transparency, accountability, and resilience.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tech4R collaborates with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Asset Management Agency to develop a Digital Catalogue of Managed Assets — a web-based platform that visualizes and organizes information on confiscated or seized properties.
The project supports institutional transparency and public trust by making data on asset types, status, and use publicly available in a user-friendly format
The Web Development & Integration Volunteers will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the platform, ensuring its accessibility, stability, and compliance with institutional standards
