Context

The Tech Volunteers for Resilience (Tech4R) programme mobilizes skilled digital volunteers to co-create open-source solutions that strengthen disaster resilience. This assignment focuses on building digital tools and dashboards that support real-time decision-making in disaster contexts.
Transparency in asset management is a cornerstone of good governance and disaster resilience.
Currently, property information managed by the Asset Management Agency of FBiH is fragmented and not fully accessible to the public.
The Digital Catalogue will create a centralized, interactive, and user-friendly online platform that visualizes managed assets, their current use, and their value.
This will enhance public trust, support evidence-based decision-making, and provide structured information that can assist in future recovery and risk management planning.
The Team Lead will coordinate a team of community UN Volunteers (developers, designers, and data specialists) to deliver the platform and ensure quality, accessibility, and alignment with institutional needs.

Task description

The Volunteer will provide support to the project team in:
• Coordinating volunteer developers, designers, and data specialists to deliver the digital catalogue.
• Overseeing integration with the FBiH Asset Management Agency’s existing website and ensuring data accuracy.
• Supervising content structuring, user interface design, and accessibility compliance.
Facilitating communication between Tech4R, UNODC, and Agency focal points.
• Supporting testing, documentation, and lessons-learned reporting prior to project closure.
