We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Office Manager to oversee the smooth, secure, and strategic operations of Tech Sofia. This is a high-impact role that blends property management, finance, administration, and institutional coordination, ensuring our tech teams thrive in a well-run, well-supported environment.

Accountability and Responsibility

  • Office & Property Oversight: Manage facilities, inventory, equipment, vehicles, and liaise with landlords and vendors for maintenance, leases, and refurbishments.
  • Finance & Budgeting: Prepare and monitor budgets, process expenses, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate reporting to HQ.
  • HR Coordination: Support onboarding, accreditation, and medical registrations.
  • Security & Continuity: Act as local security focal point, maintain the Business Continuity Plan, and participate in UN Security Plan events.
  • Institutional Liaison: Coordinate with Tech Sofia and HQ units on procurement, contracts, insurance, and strategic updates.
  • Team Supervision: Lead general services staff, manage workloads, and support performance feedback and training.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the management of Tech Sofia and other employees including drafting official correspondence.

Knowledge and Education

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, ideally in an international or leading local company.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead with confidence and discretion.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a calm approach under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit.
