Salary: £22,932 per annum

From crafting compelling product listings to collaborating with shop teams, your work will help connect kindness with crisis. What will a day in the life of an Ecommerce Assistant involve?
- Photographing and listing donated items for sale on platforms like eBay and DEPOP.
- Writing engaging, honest product descriptions that follow brand guidelines.
- Handling stock and keeping the workspace tidy, safe and efficient.
- Responding to customer queries and supporting shop teams with feedback.
To be a successful Ecommerce Assistant, what will you need?
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and confidence using IT systems.
- Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or a sales-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work quickly to set standards.
