In the Greater Mekong and South Asia has Country Programs in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and Bangladesh is managed through a dispersed regional network with a small but developing administrative/financial hub in Thailand.
Position Summary:
To support Wildlife Conservation Society - Asia: WCS - Asia in Thailand, WCS seeks the Administrative consultant to support on operation work to maintain all of our office's documents, monitoring and process visa and work permit for expatriates, and ensure to prepare and submit reports to comply with rules and regulations of the Thai government, WCS and donors i.e. PVR forms
Primary Responsibilities and Deliverables:
· Support and coordinate with relating team assigned works
· Renew the office registration Service including preparing and submitting documents as required by MOL (PVR10), and government agencies
· Prepare and submit 6-month reports, and supporting document documents as required by MOL (PVR8), and government agencies
· Provide full VISA & Work Permit Services including preparing application to renew and extending, monitoring status/timeline, verified documents with relating government agencies, etc. to Expat and their family
Position Requirements:
· The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills. S/He must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be comfortable participating both as an effective individual contributor and as a leader and listener. S/He must have significant attention to detail, be well organized, self-motivated, honest, resourceful, effective and efficient at coordinating multiple resources to get things done; can work on multiple tasks at multiple levels and switch between them.
· Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English.
· 3+ years of working experience in related field. Experience dealing with visa and work permit processing for NGO sectors is highly preferable.
· Computer and systems skills required with respect to MS Office applications.
· Interested in conservation works with international conservation NGO.
