Job Summary
The MFO seeks a Logistics Support Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative, communications, and logistics coordination within the Office of the Chief of Support (CSP).The incumbent reports to the Deputy Chief of Support (DCSP) and functions under the strategic direction of the Chief of Support. This role requires strong coordination skills, adaptability, and the ability to operate confidently across teams, cultures, and shifting mission priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
· Ensure the effective functioning of the Office of the Chief of Support (CSP) and Deputy Chief of Support (DCSP).
· Manage leadership calendars, schedule and facilitate meetings, draft minutes, track action items, and coordinate follow-up with relevant units.
· Screen incoming correspondence and manage outgoing communications for signature, clearance, and action as required.
· Maintain CSP records, databases, Force Standing Orders (FSOs), Force Standing Operating Procedures (FSOPs), and other documentation.
Communications Support
- Prepare routine correspondence, memoranda, briefing notes and reports.
- Coordinate CSP inputs for briefings, visits and engagements.
- Maintain CSP SharePoint and Teams platforms
- Facilitate information flow between CSP, Force HQ, branches, contingents, Director General's Representative (DGR) Offices, and Rome HQ.
- Synchronize Force and CSP calendars; direct enquiries to relevant department heads.
Logistics Support
- Support compliance with 4DE and S4DE import regulations.
- Coordinate with DGRs, contingents and the Liaison Office on processing and tracking material imports.
- Support export documentation for material leaving Egypt.
Staff Support
- Coordinate TDY travel for CSP staff and assist with travel arrangements.
- Maintain TDY budgets in coordination with TDY budget line manager (BLM) and Finance.
- Maintain CSP and Direct Hire Civilian staff locators.
- Track leave, manage award nominations and support CSP staff participation in VIP visits and mission events.
Other
Perform additional duties as requested by the CSP or DCSP.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to track multiple projects
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Education and Experience
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 5+ years administrative/office/project-management experience, ideally in military, governmental, or multinational settings

Conditions of Employment
· This position carries an annual total salary of USD61,500.
· A two-year, renewable, unaccompanied-status contract including free housing, meals, worldwide health insurance and recreational facilities is offered. May be eligible for tax free status.
· Any appointment/extension of appointment is subject to the MFO HR Directives and other relevant internal rules. Any offer of employment with the MFO is conditional upon certification by the MFO Medical Adviser that the person concerned is medically fit to perform the specific inherent requirements of the position offered. To confirm an offer from the MFO the successful candidate will be required to undergo a medical examination.
· Any extension of employment contracts is subject to various elements including the following: continuing need of the functions and satisfactory conduct and performance.
