1. Contribuer au développement d’un large éventail de projets, plans et processus, en veillant à leur alignement avec les politiques et orientations du Programme.
2. Fournir un appui à la gestion de projets spécifiques et définis, de taille/complexité considérable, en assurant une approche coordonnée conforme aux normes et procédures du PAM.
3. Travailler avec l’équipe pour établir un système solide de suivi-évaluation de la résilience, intégrant des indicateurs spécifiques (adaptation, absorption, transformation).
4. Rechercher et analyser diverses questions politiques et opérationnelles afin d’éclairer le développement de politiques, programmes et activités.
5. Contribuer à la préparation de rapports précis et opportuns sur les programmes et activités pour soutenir la prise de décision.
6. Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour garantir une collaboration efficace et identifier les risques potentiels.
7. Renforcer les partenariats stratégiques avec les ministères provinciaux et le secteur privé pour développer des chaînes de valeur nutritives et durables.
8. Appuyer le renforcement des capacités du personnel du PAM, des partenaires et du gouvernement dans la préparation et la réponse aux activités de résilience.
9. Veiller à la cohérence et à l'intégration entre les interventions du PAM (FFA, nutrition, cantines scolaires, CBT) et les projets innovants.
10. Contribuer au développement de plans d’action pluriannuels de résilience basés sur la saisonnalité agricole, les priorités provinciales et les consultations communautaires.
11. Soutenir la création et le renforcement de comités locaux de gestion pour renforcer la cohésion sociale et la prévention des conflits.
12. Identifier et atténuer les risques de protection au sein des activités de résilience.
13. Promouvoir la participation et l’inclusion en veillant à l’implication active des femmes, des jeunes et des groupes marginalisés.
14. Encadrer et superviser le personnel junior en tant que point focal et soutien analytique.
15. Accomplir toute autre tâche requise.
