KYNY Group is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant who can bring structure, clarity, and dependable support to our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members.
  • Manage scheduling, emails, and calendar coordination.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle data entry, file management, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and internal communication.
  • Support virtual meetings by scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office assistant, or related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
