NIB is seeking a
TRAINEE
to join the Loan Administration function in the Lending and Treasury Administration unit for the period May-August 2026. The Trainee will work fulltime during this period. The main responsibility is to assist with daily Loan administration tasks e.g. checking and booking of incoming payments, oversee the interest fixing and invoicing process, sending balance confirmations, register and verify new counterparties and credits in different systems, participate in the disbursement process and follow-up of financial covenants.

The successful candidate should:
- Be a student majoring preferably in Accounting or another relevant field
- Already have some working experience
- Be fluent in English, a fluent command of one or several languages of the Nordic countries is considered a strong asset
- Have an aptitude for figures and attention to detail
- Be open-minded and curious, love teamwork, be flexible, have good interpersonal and organisational skills as well as a genuine interest in learning
- We expect the trainee to have a good working knowledge of the standard IT tools
