Enhancement of Entrepreneurship Capacities for Further Sustainable Socio-Economic Integration (ENHANCER PRO) Project: The objective of ENHANCER Pro Project, which is funded by the European Union and implemented by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in coordination with the Directorate General of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, is to contribute to the inclusion of Syrians Under Temporary Protection and Persons Under International Protection in Türkiye to the Local Host Communities through livelihood and employment opportunities.
There are five component teams supervised by leads and one Portfolio Manager responsible with management of ENHANCER PRO Project. Components are:
Component 1: Start-up establishment and growth Support, Component 2: SME growth support, Component 3: Cooperative growth support, Component 4: Business ecosystem support, and Component 5: Fostering Awareness and Promoting Employability.
The Project Officer will be will be assigned to a component, will be based in İstanbul and will be supervised by Component Leads who are all assigned under the Portfolio Manager. Proficiency in (verbal/written) English and Turkish is required.
