Work assignments, Expected Deliverable and Delivery Schedule:

1. Assignment: Paid Media Content Development

  • Scope: Create high-performing copy and creative assets for paid media ads (Meta, Google), video scripts, and landing pages to drive donor acquisition and revenue.
  • Expected Deliverables:
    •  Ad copy and visuals optimized for conversion.
    • Video scripts for short-form fundraising content.
    • Landing page setup in CMS with performance-driven design.

Delivery Schedule: Ongoing, aligned with campaign calendar and performance needs. (6 campaigns in a year)

2. Assignment: Creative Refresh and Iterative Optimization

  • Scope: Ensure a steady flow of diverse, optimized assets to avoid creative fatigue and enable continuous test-and-learn cycles.
  • Expected Deliverables:

o Bi-monthly refresh of campaign assets (copy, visuals, video).

o Performance insights and recommendations based on ad platform and web analytics.

Delivery Schedule: 1st and 15th of each month.

3. Assignment: Agency Briefing and Creative Production Oversight

  • Scope: Prepare clear briefs for external agencies to ensure timely production of high quality creative aligned with UNICEF brand and fundraising objectives.
  • Expected Deliverables:

o Detailed creative briefs for paid media and video production.

o Review and feedback on agency outputs.

Delivery Schedule: As per campaign timelines. (6 campaigns in a year)

4. Assignment: Content Alignment and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Scope: Align with internal content stakeholders (e.g., retention/F2F) to ensure consistency across donor journeys without duplicating retention content production.
  • Expected Deliverables:

o Input on donor onboarding and retention content strategy.

o Identification of gaps in proposition strategy from a digital fundraising perspective.

Delivery Schedule: Quarterly alignment meetings. (4 times a year)

5. Assignment: Performance-Driven Content Strategy

  • Scope: Use analytics and ad platform data to optimize content for different funnel stages, focusing on conversion and revenue growth.
  • Expected Deliverables:

o Monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

o Recommendations for creative iteration and timing adjustments.

Delivery Schedule: Monthly.

Duration of Contract:   1 Feb 2026 - 31 Jan 2027 (Potential extension for 24 months)

Duty Travel: This can be a remote consultancy with occasional and specific travel requirements to TCO such as planning meeting.

Minimum requirements:

Pre-requisite: Fluency in Thai and English as second language

Qualifications or Specialized Knowledge/Experience Required

i. Copywriting

ii. Creative editing skills – focus on static ad creation and resizing – knowledge of tolls like Canva and Adobe

iii. Knowledge of digital content best practices for the different stages of the funnel with a focus on conversion and driving revenue

iv. Experience using web analytics and ad platform data to analyse and optimise performance through content

v. Familiarity with META and Google Ad Manager and GA4

vi. Experience in a relevant sector
